How to add or select a different Provider to your Tour

For Odyssey Clients who use the Client Selections Method


To add a New provider record to a Tour


  • From Tour level, click the + Accommodation button


  • On the Choose a Provider tab:

Choose a provider name starting letter, or a location starting letter



  • Choose a Provider by Name, or
Choose a Provider by clicking on the first letter of it's name from the alphabet
  • Choose a Provider by Location
Choose a Provider by clicking on the first letter of it's location from the alphabet


  • You will be prompted to check if it is the correct provider, click YES to proceed








Change the Provider Product


If you wish to change a Provider Product for one client, or multiple clients on a tour:


  • From the Main Menu | Tour | Provider | Accommodation select the appropriate day from the list of Accommodation Providers ( or use the < > to navigate to it if you are inside the pop up menu already)
  • then choose the Booking selections tab


  • select an individual client, and Choose the replacement PRODUCT from the Provider's list of Product options

  • make other selections as required, e.g. charge for this booking, PAX per room, pax rate, agent commision, meal, provider task status, changes to Notes and Itinerary for this booking
  • click the x to close this window

or, if making this change for multiple clients

  • click the tickboxes for each client, or select the box at the top of the screen to select multiple, and Choose the replacement product from the Provider's list of Product options,



  • make other selections as required, e.g. charge for this booking, PAX per room, pax rate, agent commisaion, meal, provider task status, changes to Notes and Itinerary for this booking
  • and then click the ‘Add Selections’ button

To delete a Tour level provider:


e.g. to Delete a Braemar station Provider record on a tour altogether

  • From the Main Menu | Tour | Provider | Accommodation record
  • select the Provider record you wish to delete
  • Click the name of a client - to open a pop-up window


  • Click the DELETE button
  • (repeat as required, till all are removed)
  • Then the ‘Delete’ button under Room Sharing on the main menu will allow you to delete the entire Tour level record.










For those that needed the Bramaer Station removed… Current process is to

  • Go to that Tour level record using the ‘< >’
  • Click the name of a client - to open a pop-up window
  • Click the DELETE button
  • (repeat as required, till all are removed)
  • Then the ‘Delete’ button under Room Sharing on the main menu will allow you to delete the entire Tour level record.
I have not YET allowed this main Tour Level button to FULLY delete ALL existing Booking records, in one fowl swoop…Move automation dev to come…
