Tour | Daily Content | Itinerary Settings

The settings on the Tour | Daily Content | Itinerary Settings allow you to to control whether Briefing, Welcome, Finally, and Inclusions text shows on a Tour.


Itinerary Settings


  • From the Main Menu | Tour | Daily Content | Itinerary Settings

Briefing

Briefing Information displayed on the Itinerary
  • tick the tick box if the briefing text panel will display on the Itinerary or on Mobile
  • the briefing details such as:
    • briefing date
    • staff conducting briefing
    • briefing time and duration
    • depot details to be used on Itinerary
  • can be entered or modified by clicking on the pencil button beside Briefing, and also on the Tour | Details | Depot tab

Welcome

Welcome Information displayed on the Itinerary
  • tick the tick box if the Welcome text panel will display on the Itinerary or on Mobile
  • click the pencil to edit the welcome content

And Finally

  • tick the tick box if the And Finally text panel will display on the Itinerary or on Mobile
  • click the pencil to edit the Finally content

Refresh from Master

If you have worked at tour level Itinerary content, and wish to replace this content with the content from the Master, click the "Refresh" button which is available on the Tour's Welcome, and Finally tabs


All content already currently in place at Tour level, will be replaced with the content in the associated Master.


Inclusions

The Inclusions panel displayed on the Itinerary
  • tick the tick box if the Inclusion text panel will display on the Itinerary or on Mobile
  • click the pencil to edit the Inclusions content. The content can managed here and also on the Tour | Details | Inclusions tab

Mobile App Settings


Available on Mobile App


  • this setting can only be managed at Master level, and is it used because not all Masters may contain content that is relevant enough for use with the Mobile App; e.g. Walk-in Masters are possibly only single day, and a mobile itinerary is not required for these end customers.
