Email transmission errors
From time to time an email that you attempt to send cannot be delivered to the recipient. On these occasions, on the Tour/Departure where you attempted to send the email, the email tick will show red, or purple, to indicate that there has been a delivery issue.
And on the Tour/Departure dashboard, in the top left corner, there is a button to display all the email transmission errors.
There can be a multitude of reasons why emails can't be delivered. A recipient's email server might be down, the email could have been blocked by the recipients SPAM filters, or many other reasons.
