Client | List
Client records are stored in Odyssey for future use.
This means it makes it faster to add the client onto another Departure/Trip, it's very useful from a searching and reporting point of view (e.g. how many clients in the age bracket 50-59 hired an ebike this season), and the contact details can be targeted for marketing campaigns.
From the Main Menu | Clients List
A list of all clients in the Odyssey "database" is available

This searchable list displays:
- First Name
- Last Name
- email address
- phone number
- country
- last tour code
- a record count, at the bottom of the list
The list can be sorted by First Name, or Last name, by clicking on either of those column headings
Use the search tool to search for a specific client
Filtering the Client List
The list can be filtered by client status
- Click on the Filters button on the Right hand side of the screen

- Make a selection from the drop down list, to filter the list by Active, Agent, Archived, Enquiry, Guide, etc
Create a New client from the Client List
- Create a new Client by clicking the New button from the Options Panel on the right hand side of the screen
Tip: It is a good idea to perform a search first, to ensure the client doesn't already exist in your system, by typing the client's name in the search box as described above
To edit a client record from the Client List
Client records can be edited from this list, to store other relevant information, not necessarily related to specific tours.
- Click once on a record in the client list to Edit it.
A Customer's (and also a Guide's) contact record in Odyssey has a new field, where their personal bike preference can be stored from the Preferred Bike drop down list.
Then, when this Client is added to a Tour, the Guide's bike preference will automatically be noted. There is no automation involved here, the Odyssey user still needs to select this nominated bike preference from the Tour's Bike Resources drop down list, and create the daily records for it.
