How to manage Garmin devices
Many Odyssey clients use their 'vehicle' resource for Garmin devices.
Setup the Garmins as Resources:

Set the Garmin up as you would any set up any Vehicle Resource, and Vehicle Types

Each device can be allocated to a single departure, like this:
- from the Tour | Resources | Vehicle tab, assign a Garmin,
The Garmins are able to be viewed on the Vehicle(Garmin) Calendar
Adjusting the allocation dates of the Garmin
- If you wish to change the dates that the Garmin is assigned for, the dates can be changed by clicking on the record and adjusting the Start or End dates of the assignment, by either +/- number of days. e.g. if a vehicle isn't required on the last day of the trip, adjust the end date to read -1 from the "Adjust End" drop down list.
