Agent ad hoc Search

It is possible to find data specifically related to Agents in Odyssey 

• From the Main Menu | Agents menu,
• click the Ad Hoc Search - Data button on the Options Panel

• Enter the search criteria

e.g. Agent name = xxxx, then press the Find button

• The search results will appear in a list format on your screen

• The number of records will be listed, along with the ability to sort and export records

  

• To export the data into .csv format for further manipulation in a spreadsheet, click the "Export" button and follow the prompts
