Tour and Booking - Connections view

The Connections view is a way to manage client level selections for assigning a communicator (for Odyssey clients who use Cognito Forms, room sharing and room preferences, and viewing payer information for each client.

The Connections view is the same, whether it is being selected from Tour level, or booking level.

• From the Tour level, click Bookings | Connections

• Or, from an individual client's Booking | Details tab, click Connections

Payer

The Payer list here is a view only of which clients are paying for other clients.

Payer information is managed at Booking level. (From Tour | Booking | Finance | + Paid by)
