Sometimes you just want to get on with it…

These next sections will give you the steps in the order they are required, to get you up and running to manage Bookings on a Departure.

Full explanations of each step can be found within each minor heading on the lefthand navigation panel.

Information flow

1. Trip Masters are required as the parent/grouping for all associated Departures, which are populated from the Trip Master. Prior to this you will have needed to completed data entry of Districts, Providers, Provider Products and Prices, Agents, Resources and Costs. Learn more here

   
   

2. Departures are date bound and record numerous aspects of this Departure. Learn more here

   
   

3. Bookings are unique instances of clients relating to a Departure. A Client is assigned to a Booking. Learn more here

   
   

4. Clients are assigned to a Booking at a Booking Status relevant to their situation.
