The Client enquiries function in Odyssey is designed to manage communications from clients prior to their booking with you.
To record a new enquiry
From the Main Menu | Clients menu, click the + Enquiry button
or from the Main Menu | Clients | Enquiries menu, click the + Enquiry button
Details
On the Details screen, complete any details you have, including an email address. Odyssey will generate a tick beside a valid email address.
The various client status' can be managed by you, in the client status settings Here
Notes
The notes field is a freeform text field where you can manually type notes recording a phone call or an email enquiry, OR copy and paste all the text from an email conversation here, so that other Odyssey users can have a full overview of the comms with the client
Interests
Up to ten enquiry email types can be sent to each new prospect
