Enquiries

The Enquiries function in Odyssey is designed to manage communications from clients prior to their booking with you.
The Proposals function is an Advanced module and will be covered in a separate Help Page.
To view a dashboard of existing enquiries
- From the Main Menu | click the Enquiries button

The enquiry Dashboard shows
- the week of the year that the Enquiry was created
- the enquiry trip code
- the enquiry description
- the number of days and number of PAX that this enquiry is for
- the name of the user who created the enquiry
- the to do task list, indicating which tasks have been completed for each enquiry (toggle the switch on/off)
- at the bottom of the list is a total of potential bookings, and their value
Filtering the Enquiry List
The Enquiry dashboard list can be filtered by
- season
- who created the enquiry
- and which L1 (Trail / Country / Category) of your business it relates to

To record a new enquiry
- From the Main Menu | click the Enquiries button
- Click New

Details
Enquiry Details | Details
On the Details | Details screen, complete any details you have, including an email address. Odyssey will generate a tick beside a valid email address.

To Do tasks
Every Trail/Category of your business can have specific to do tasks for enquiries assigned in Company Settings. Learn more about these settings here
- The master of an enquiry can be changed, simply by clicking on the Master Short Code field on the Details Details tab.

- This process will leave all elements of the trip in place, only the trip code gets changed to reflect the new Master. Once moved to a new Master, all elements will have to be refreshed from the New Master.
