How to push the Itinerary to the Mobile App


The Mobile App is an Advanced Module

Your clients can get their personal trip Itinerary, maps, and more, simply by pushing their Odyssey Itinerary to a free App on their mobile phone.

What does the Odyssey user have to do to push the Itinerary to the App?


  • In Odyssey, navigate to the Departure | Paperwork | Itinerary, and when the Itinerary has been customised to your satisfaction, store it. Learn more about Creating and storing the Itinerary here

Pushing the Itinerary to the Mobile App

  • Click the Mobile button at the top of the screen

  • That's it!


You can tell when the Itinerary has been pushed to the Mobile App, from the Departure's paperwork tab, as a mobile phone icon will be present on the Itinerary line. When you hover over the mobile phone icon, hover text will display showing you the date and time the Itinerary was pushed to the mobile app.

Tip: If you have to update the Itinerary, you can just push the Mobile button again. The original mobile itinerary will be found, deleted and replaced with the new one 🙂
