How to relocate a bike to a different location

Bike stock is frequently moved around to different locations to meet operational requirements.


In Odyssey a bike can be moved to a different location easily, but first you must ensure that it hasn't been allocated to any bookings which will be impacted by this move.


  1. Find (and change) any existing allocations of this bike, before moving it to a different location.  Learn more about finding existing allocations of bikes here.  If there are existing allocations of this bike, you will need to remove those allocations and assign different stock items.

  1. From the Main Menu | Resources | Bikes | Bike Inventory/Fleet, search for or identify the bike you wish to move, and click on it once

The selected bike is part of the Christchurch fleet

  • From the Location drop down list, choose a new location
  • Enter the 3 digit code for the new location
Choose a new location, and enter the 3 digit code for that location
  • Click the x to close the window
  • The bike has immediately been moved to the Twizel fleet.  It will now be available for use in Twizel, not Christchurch.
