Booking ad hoc search

There are two types of searches that can be performed from the Booking menu:

• A vehicle movement data search, ideal for performing vehicle relocation searches.  

  (Relocation / Storage records by date) as described below (COMING SOON)

• A regular ad hoc booking search

  (Demographic data, with "sales values", not full financials)

From the Main Menu, go to Bookings | Search | Ad hoc search data, and enter your search criteria as per the example below.  

In this example you could perform a search where L4 Method (L4 is the client, Method is how the booking came to you) = Agent.   This will provide you with a list of all bookings made where the Booking Method selected was "Agent"

The search results appear.  From here you can perform another find, sort this list, export to a file, or create a pivot table

Pivot tables

Pivot tables are an advanced module

Using the pivot button, Booking Pivot tables are able to be created to suit your own requirements, or use one of the provided example pivot tables, such as Fitness Data and How did you hear.
