Bag movement by District

For a quick snapshot of how man bag movements are required on each Trail and Run, on a given day:

• go to Main Menu | Depot | Diary
• select the Date, and Trail required
• then click on Bag movements by Location

The daily view shows the bag movement's TO and FROM districts, the departure code and description, the provider FROM and TO, the number of bags moved to each Provider, and the total number of bags moved per run.

• Click the Show button, if you are interested to view each trip/departure bag movement booked on this run, alternatively, set it to Hide

Why are some lines grey, some orange, some black?

• Runs which are in orange text, mean that all Tours on this run have been Released

• Runs which are in grey text, mean that at least one of the Tours on this run have not been Released

• Trips from Provider to Provider in black text are Released

• Trips from Provider to Provider in grey text are not yet Released
