Email Fields
The Tour | Email fields page allows you to enter, review, and modify, all sorts of records, relevent to this tour, that can be included in email communications.
These fields can be simple text fields, URL links, times, locations etc.

URLs/Websites
- There are 7 URL fields available, for you to add links to web locations of your choice, such as package details from your companies website, survey/questionnaires, or Ride with GPS maps.
- These links will originally be populated from the Master, but can be customised for this specific tour here.
- The URL links can be used on buttons to providers or clients.
- TIP: You can edit these label names in Settings | Company Settings | Labels. e.g. if you don't use Ride with GPS, but use MapMyRide instead. Learn more.
Starting Meeting Details:
Here, you can edit or review the details for where the client's adventure starts, including the time, location, and general "Your trip begins" content used in email communications.
If you have made changes that you don't want to keep, click the "Update from Master" button to pull the master details back down to this Tour.
Ending Meeting Details:
Similar to starting details, you can enter estimated end or finishing time, location, and descriptive text for email communications regarding the trip's conclusion.
Grading and Fitness Field:
Edit or review grading and fitness field content used in email communications to clients.
This free-form field allows you to describe the grading of the trail, as well as the fitness and experience requirements.
E.g. Moderate
Tour Lists
These fields are lists of data which have been compiled from booking level data on this Departure/Tour.
This data can be included in email communications to clients and providers.
