All about Agents


An Agent or Operator is typically a travel agent or travel agency that acts as an intermediary between customers (bookings) and our Odyssey client. The agent helps sell the tour operator's products and earns a commission or fee for doing so.

In some instances, other active tour operators might send their clients to you for their shuttle movements and/or bike hires.  

In this case, all the billing and communications will go directly to the other tour operator, and not to the individual client.

Emailing an agent


Agents can have up to 10 stored email addresses. First/Primary email address always gets the email and they can select 1 extra email address as recipient when sending and email.


To send an agent email to more than one agent:

  • First, the agent needs to be added to the Tour
  • On the email tab, scroll till you see the agent record, and click on the > arrow in the Edit/Resend column

  • From the list of optional agent names, select the agent name you also wish to have included in this particular email

Back at the email tab page, there is a small red + beside the standard agent email address, to indicate that another agent email address is also included
