Filters

As with the Departure Dashboard, and the Provider list, your Departure Readiness list can be filtered by a range of options, to shorten your list and make it more suited to your own specific requirements.  Learn more about Filters Here

Filter the readiness list by Season, status, who entered the departure, released/not, .....

Some filters which are unique to the Departure Readiness list, are:

Season and Month

The Departure readiness dashboard lists every departure in Odyssey, regardless of season.  This is very helpful if you are searching for something in particular.  To enable you to narrow down your search, we also provide you with the ability to filter your list by season and/or month

Nearing cancellation days

Nearing cancellation days filter

Using this filter will enable you to check for departures which are approaching the period where Provider cancellation fees might apply.

Every Provider can have a cancellation policy effectiveness date set in Odyssey.  Learn more about that Here

Each provider has it's own cancellation policy settings on the General tab

Based on the number of days set in this policy, per Provider, you can filter your Departure readiness list to show you those departures where there are still 3 days to go till that cancellation date, or if today is the last day, etc.

Note: At the time of writing, if you change this setting for a provider, it doesn't have any impact on Departures using this provider, until the following day.  An update script is run overnight.

Provider | Non Provider

Provider / no Provider filter

Not all of your departures might use providers, for example walk-in customers are only hiring equipment and/or using a shuttle service.  These kind of departures can be filtered out of your list, by choosing "No Providers" from this drop down list
