Master - Bundles


Build flexible custom tours using Bundle Masters.


A Master can be defined as a "Bundle Master".  A bundle Master is a small collection of popular items such as an activity provider, with associated bike, transport, bag or vehicle movements, generally for just one day, (although multi day is also ok!) which can be inserted into a customised tour, in order to build a totally bespoke, custom tour for a client.


To create a Bundle Master

  • From the Main Menu | Masters, create the Master as usual, using the New button

Creating a new Bundle Master

  • Ensure you are looking at the correct season!
  • Once the Master has been created, from the General | Details tab, put a tick on "This is a Bundle Master"

  • Proceed with building into the bundle any Finance Charges, Accommodation, Movement, Meal or Activity Provider, any Resources required.

Don't be alarmed that the Day number will show Day 1 in each instance.  This bundle can still be inserted into any day of an existing tour.

Your bundle can be for more than one day in duration.  

  • If it a multi-day bundle, temporarily turn off the tickbox for "This is a Bundle Master" on the Master | Details | General tab, and change the Number of Days field to the required number, before putting the tick back on again.

Below is a list of Bundle Masters.  Any of these bundle masters can optionally be inserted into a bespoke, personally built tour for a client, in any order the client prefers.
