  • Some 'client related' fields such as first name, last name, mobile number, email address, will no longer be able to contain carriage return characters. If you do enter one, the return is automatically removed. This solves the issue of text entered multiple times, and being hidden below carriage return characters.

  • A new field has been added to the Tour | Booking | Details | Details tab, to store Notes for Guides. Some fields on this tab have been juggled around a little to make room for this new field. These Notes for Guides now appear on the Tour output called Client Details list. (Office notes do not appear). https://support.myodyssey.app/article/212-bookings




  • Split booking forms. It's now possible to store separate Booking Forms per PAYER, and Odyssey correctly attaches the stored PDF to the client being emailed. No longer requiring multiples to be deleted just to be able to send the correct one. Also if you store a 'ONE' copy for the whole Trip, then you can attach that an email for ANY member of the Trip, not just the Payer of the group.

New fields for the Start and End date of a Vehicle Assignment on a tour, now mean that the dates when a Vehicle is assigned to a Tour can be adjusted - it doesn't have to be assigned to every day of a tour. TIP: Vehicle Assignments can be used to manage Garmins!

  • The L3Routes merge tag in emails now displays route records in a new table format with Day Number, Date, From, and To Location headings.


  • The From and To locations will now automatically display as clickable route map links if the map button links are populated in Odyssey. Otherwise, they will display as plain text. https://support.myodyssey.app/article/301-merge-tags

  • For Odyssey uses who use the Ody Trips App advanced module, a new release of the app delivers a major performance upgrade.  The App has been tuned up, and a pesky slowdown has been removed.  The result? The app now starts about 90% faster.  Enjoy the smoother, snappier experience!

  • The Tour level Finance page now provides users with a brief summary of the elements of each Booking's charges and discounts, when hovering over them. Additionally, clicking on the value of the charges and discount for a booking will open up the full details, where any required edits can be made. https://support.myodyssey.app/article/217-departure-finance

  • Add Rooming details to Itineraries. We have added a new button on the Tour Itinerary Carousel pop-up window for Provider records. This allows users to insert the full Client Rooming details, after the Product details on their itinerary text block. These records will be editable, so they can be modified as required. ( Eg: to remove the Guide's rooming details if required ) Please note these rooming records are not NOT DYNAMIC. So if this text block is inserted, it will not automatically change 'when / if' the client numbers or rooming choices change. The text will need to be deleted and re-inserted. The Rooming List text can also be inserted into the Itinerary's Provider Product field at Tour level. https://support.myodyssey.app/article/456-create-an-itinerary

  • The Departure/Tour Dashboard can now be filtered by a range of 'To-Do tasks' which have either been done, not done, or a combination of the two.   • Providers | Accommodation | Bookings

    A new "Apply to All Days" button is now available on the 'Edit selected' option. This feature allows you to apply settings to every day of a tour for all selected clients at once, a change from the previous per-client application.


  • Providers | Transport | Bookings

    The "Apply to All Days" button on the 'Edit selected' option now appears only when the same provider is used on multiple days.

  • Dashboard filters have been refined to provide more granular filtering. https://support.myodyssey.app/article/517-filters
    • On the Dashboard Filters Pop-Up window, there is a small arrow button > for users to select multiple Tour Status types to find matches... previously this was only one Status at a time.
    • Find all tours which match selections for season / status / L1 (Trail/Country/Category) / L2,(Master/Trip) then 'Open All Selected' so that this selection of tours can be reviewed or edited as required.
